1. Japan's Mitsubishi imported double servo drive, accurate precision, less mechanical transmission parts, which can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.

2. Weilun touch screen operation, parameter (nail pitch, nail number, nail type, rear baffle) can be changed conveniently and quickly.
The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.

3. The rear electric baffle is driven by a stepping motor, the size is accurate, and the size change is more convenient and quick.

4. All the contactors in the control box adopt the Japanese Mitsubishi brand

5. The photoelectric and contact switches adopt Omron brand.

6. Bottom mold and blade are made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
