Paper Feeding Unit
1.It's composed of a paper stacking platform, a cardboard bracket, paper feeding wheels, paper transfer pressure rollers, etc.
2.It's equipped with an alarm bell, which continuously sounds the alarm during operation to ensure the safety of the operator.
3.The leading edge paper feeding system is equipped with a vacuum adsorption conveying and feeding device. The suction force can adjust the air volume according to the bending degree of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper feeding.
4.The paper feeding part, printing part, and die-cutting part are all electric and automatically return to zero.
5.Ordinary cartons use an automatic zeroing device, which can be adjusted to the correct position after two trial prints to reduce cardboard waste.
6.The whole vacuum suction leading edge, paper fed by servo motors, it has the characteristics of fast response, higher registration precision, better stability and longer service life. Its characteristic is that it can better protect the original strength of the cardboard and avoid collapse and thinning.
Printing Unit
1.Adopt PLC color touch screen to operation and monitor production status.
2.Printing unit: returns to the"ZERO" resetting function, return to original printing position function, clean printing plate rotation, printing roller automatically records the relative position of each color before stopping.
3.The center line mark of the printing plate is engraved in the center of the printing roller for the reference of installing the printing plate.
4.Adopt groove mounting design for printing rolls, and the locking devices on both sides make the registration of the version more accurate.
5.Pneumatic brake type brake mechanism. When the unit is separated to adjust the phase or clean, the brake mechanism restricts the gear rotation and maintains the original gear position.
6.Our flexo folder gluer is equipped with vacuum adsorption conveying fan, and full-wheel vacuum adsorption (the rollers adopt wear-resistant ceramic wheels). The transfer platform can float up and down, and the pressure roller gap is controlled by the computer and dial, with an adjustment range of 0-12 mm. Vacuum adsorption type can better protect the original strength of the cardboard and avoid collapse and thinning, and to ensure the smoother cardboard input.
Slotting Die Cutting unit
1.Adopt PLC color touch screen operation and monitor production status.
2.When the die cutter roller and the rubber roller are not working status without die-cutting process, the cylinder eccentric device is automatically or manually detached, which can reduce the no-load load of the machine and extend the life of the die cutter rubber and die cutting blade.
3.If produce both irregular and regular cartons, we suggest client uses die cutter with slotting knife.
4.Equipped with emergency stop device to ensure safety.
5.Adopting a unique chip-type chip removal device to ensure the machine is clean and tidy.
6.Each slotting blade holder has a traversing mechanism, and the screw rod cooperates with the linear guide rail to make the movement more flexible and accurate. Equipped with anti-collision electronic protection device.

Folding Gluing&Counting Stacking Unit
1.Adopt PLC color touch screen to operation and monitor production status.
2.Three sets of wall panels are used to fix the folding arm,so that the folding arm is stable.
3.The printing department and the gluer department can realize differential speed linkage.
4.The gluer belt automatically tracks to realize the minimum distance between the cardboard and the cardboard of 5-10cm, so as to reduce the speed of the belt, increase the speed of the gluer, and reduce unnecessary belt wear.
5.The gluing unit adopts non-stop method or gluing system to avoid glue curing and the gap between rubber wheels is easy to adjust.
6.The flexographic printing slotting speed produced by the folding belt and the conveyor belt is almost the same, avoiding out-of-synchronization between the gluing folding unit and the flexo printing slotting unit
7.The stacking of cardboard adopts a combination of mechanical methods and sensors.
8.Sensor counts the number of cartons for easy setup and accuracy.

Automatic PP Strapping Unit
