1.Imported PLC controlling, touch screen adjustment, all adjustment are made by motor. Could save time and effort, die-cutting precision is controlled by optical fiber switch,machine will stop automatically when the plate is loosen or machine has other breakdown then the cause of problem will be reflected to the touch screen.

2. The unique servo leading-edge paper feeding mode can adjust the paper delivery length at will to minimize the damage to the strength of corrugated paper. The left and right baffles can adjust the size electrically. Machine use high-power and pressure fan to ensure the smooth transportation of the warped paperboard. The air volume can be adjusted by the fine- tuning device.

3.The bottom of the machine is made of high strength ductile iron to ensure large die-cutting pressure.

4.The stripping department adopts the international central positioning mirror plate device, which makes it easily to change the plate.
The completely stripping design which can greatly improve the production efficiency.Stripping function could be started or stopped by one button.

5.Automatic counting non-stop paper output design, with hydraulic lifting platform paper feeding system,convenient for paper transfer and feeding without stop machine running.

Aeronautical Aluminum Tooth Row

Adopts strong and durable air filter material, no radian when

the equipment is running.

Adopts Taiwan professional CAM index mechanism, optimize

the movement curve of the whole machine, the transmission

noise is less, drive is more stable, maintenance and

replacement are more convenient.

The inner wallboard adopts 42CrMo material with optimized

structure to drive the gear teeth and adjust the gear clearance,

the gear bite is more accurate, and the friction noise is greatly

reduced.

Transmission wallboard material is QT500-7 casting,

and produced precisely from Taiwan famous five axis

machining center, precision machining.

The main drive adopts worm gear, worm and crankshaft

connecting rod structure, worm gear adopts high-quality alloy

copper, is processed by precision machine, manually scraping,

with high precision, worm crankshaft with high strength

treatment of chrome steel quenching, with longer service life,

can bear 350t-450t die cutting pressure.
